First of all, the staff Hagit and David has been fantastic. However the front desk round receptionist with glasses and Jennifer, although they try to portray veneer of fake politeness for the sake of it, you can sense their annoyance and irritation at the slightest question.

Secondly, we paid for the event and made pre-arranged negotations, but lot of scope creep crept up. They are supposed to have trash bags fixed but I personally went to Target to purchase the bags and paid for the money and left it to them. Guess what they favor they returned? That's right. Willy-nilly out of thin air they charged us $40 (without invoice for professional service of carpet cleaners) for some DRY rice krispies (we call it Maamra or Muri) that fell on the carpet.

This is how they make money. This is how their glitzy organization thrive. Greed.

The staff at Sunset Blvd at LA are however fantastic. Too bad their service fell short.

Our show was a success, but I will not recommend them for a future event.

The Church of Scientology at Burbank a great place to hold any event with a participant size of 250-350. I represent a 501 (c) (3) USA nonprofit called Sonar Bangla Foundation, aka SBF, with website, sbfus.org. This year we had our LA fundraising on Nov 2, 2024, SAT. Interior decoration of the auditorium is very elegant, also the sound system was super. The management and all staff we interacted with were very courteous. The cost of reservation was just a token, it was very much affordable for our nonprofit. The staff provided us full and warm cooperation to prepare the hall and the stage for the event. I found the people working at this facility very humane, empathetic towards a humanitarian cause. Finally I can say that I can strongly recommend others to use this facility for their events like Fundraising, Wedding, Alumni Get together, etc., also i will definitely use this place again for our LA event.

Very beautiful space. They put a lot of work into making it nice. All of you are very welcoming and friendly. You can do your services while your kids are in the childcare area. My kids never want to leave! They always have a blast while I’m doing services.

Amazing building, very friendly helpful staff. (I noticed the trash talk you may have heard about Scientologists and what you actually find there, are completely the opposite. It’s all good vibes there.
Been to a couple of events held at that location, but the most intriguing thing is what they do and have to offer displayed in videos in the information center, which is pretty kind-blowing and not at all what you would expect, I want to know more.
