I have the easiest sign up for an appointment you do need an appointment they're open Monday Thursdays and Fridays you call on Monday and make an appointment for Thursday Thursday for Friday and Friday for Monday to make appointments the volunteers are so nice and they even have where you can pick out some clothing in various items they take donations and the food that they let you shop for yourself is plenty to help get you by or supplement the food that you purchase at the store great place to go

The staff was very courteous and helpful! I had recently been released from TDC and needed things and they were helpful. I even got bus passes. If you're going for food I would suggest taking a car because they give you quite a bit. You have to be patient waiting to get your stuff because there's usually only one person to fill the carts and help you take them outside.

I was referred there for a monthly bus pass and took time away from work to get daily passes. I work downtown full-time, so a heads up that i was missing money and time for something that wasn't going to resolve my transportation issue, would've been helpful when the appointment was setup and I mentioned the referral and monthly bus pass so time and money I needed would not have been lost. Felt like, they judged on my appearance when my situation is not very common compared to their usuals, but yet still as dire as well as life altering just the same as others. Wish people helped before you lost everything and barely holding on to your sanity.

I've been getting assistance from CCA for years and they have gone above and beyond to get me the help that I need. They are compassionate, understanding, and very helpful as well as have a big heart. I always refer people to them who are in need.
