Chris and team were fabulous to work with! We purchased a second home and work with The Magnotta Team on financing. Chris and the team were responsive, listened and answered all (too many) of our questions. They organized a process that allowed for us to participate in the financing process- without interruption of our son's wedding. We knew where we were in the loan process- at all times. Instructions and communication are crystal clear. If we ever purchase another home in the area - we wouldn't even consider a different company to work with. Chris and team set the bar very high- you cannot go wrong working with them.
