The management leader, who is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic direction of Children 1st, and the support team are amazing! In a little more than five years, they have built a strong organization. Children 1st has the right mix of caring for the foster children as well as meeting the needs of the caregivers so that they, the foster parents, are better able to meet the needs of the children in their care.
