Unprofessional, Careless team that lack true understanding and Empathy for those who need help in the community. Don’t get a good feeling when I look at this place where are individuals tax dollars actually going not here to this non profit. Zero stars if I could. YMCA is better! This community center reeks depression. It’s funny some people pretend to work when they don’t even have a job to begin with.

They are no help at all! Very unproffesional! This place is so bad I hate the fact that 4cs works with them when your at a certain stage. They continuously mess up on documents and misplace them. Fatima is not an ok person and she is very rude plenty of times to me and all 3 providers that I have had dealing with her. She likes to talk over you when you are speaking so watch out for that. She told me it is not her problem when something is not turned it she has other parents cases to look over. That turned me off from them all the way. Fatima is not a good fit for community services. She hangs up in your face once you have a complaint. I recommend not going through child care family and community services!! DO NOT! I suggest sticking to child care links, bananas or 4cs!

I was on wait for 45 minutes and hung up. You guys gotta fix that wait time with urgent calls. Request more and funding. Dangerous & risky to not triage calls***
