The ambiance is good and chic. The place was mostly empty though based on the amount of guests it can accommodate. The folks were welcoming and friendly. The service is super slow. Almost no vegetarian options. I ate veggie pasta the only option they had (not on the menu) and a few appetizer salads that they listed. Almost everything else is non veg, which I did not like. A little more inclusion required here. Their drinks and cocktails were good especially the pineapple one in cage. (Read the menu you will know). The butterfly effect was were spirited. Their recommended choco lava cake with vanilla ice cream was not the best, I have had better. The guy serving us was kind and welcoming.

We came here to try restaurant week 2025. I messed up our reservation and we showed up an hour early, but the hostess Evalina was very accommodating despite my mistake. She was also very accommodating to my service dog and our request for a booth. We started off with the chopped salad and New England style clam chowder. Both were excellent. I tried the fiery cucumber drink— be careful with that cayenne pepper salted rim! We shared a prime rib and our server, Dan suggested the lobster and shrimp carbonara. Excellent choice! Would definitely order that again on repeat. We finished off the night with chocolate, lava cake, the chefs cheesecake, and a delicious decaf. Would highly recommend and would definitely return. Thank you for a great night.

I had an amazing dining experience at Chart House, thanks to the exceptional service from Sophia and McKenzie! From the moment we were seated, they were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Their knowledge of the menu, great recommendations, and warm personalities truly enhanced our evening. It’s rare to find such outstanding service, and they both went above and beyond to make our visit special. I’ll definitely be back and will be requesting them again. Highly recommend!

Our waitress was good, she checked on us, unfortunately the oysters Rockefeller were warm and my friends said the calamari was cold. Asked for a medium rare steak (far from medium) and a lobster tail that was over cooked… and all the manager could do for us was give us a free dessert. For being an upscale restaurant I was totally not impressed. We were there Saturday the 14th of December. If you don’t have enough staff to cover then don’t accept all the reservations. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends or family.

The 0 beverage Blood Orange and sage was absolutely delicious, the crab cake appetizer with the roasted corn was also great, the lobster bisque soup was very full of lobster, the black linguine di mare & the lava cake was perfect for dessert.

What a wonderful experience for myself and my husband. Sophia was our server and she was phenomenal! Very knowledgeable when it came to the different dishes and specialty drinks. She was not only very professional but very friendly and kind. We can’t wait to return! Thank you again for a wonderful evening Sophia!

We went to Chart House during restaurant week…I know, is this a real indication of the daily quality Started with the calamari app, it was very good with a fun spicy sauce, yum. Then came the lobster bisque, oh yeah, truly outstanding. Then, our disappointment began, grilled mahi (off the regular menu), it was over cooked and dry. The rice was blah and probably was under the warmer for far too long. My dish was prime rib. Certainly, it was the thinnest prime rib I’ve ever seen, but honestly, it was tasty. Lava cake for dessert was really star of the show. We shared it with appreciation. I would have given a much higher score for Chart House except for exceptionably poor fish dish. The service was good, wine was average for about $12 per glass.

Came in for the first time in probably 20 years for dinner on a Saturday. Staff were very friendly and professional, and went out of their way on wine recommendations, offering several tastings. Food was all very good and the restaurant was well maintained and modern. Chocolate lava cake is still on the menu and delicious. I will certainly be coming back in the near future.
