Security gate has not worked in over a year and a half despite reassurances to have it fixed. It allows abusers in to have access to their victims, residents of Homesafe, and making them vulnerable once again and revictimizing them and their children. Men are allowed on site during guest hours and are snuck in past guest hours causing distress among fellow residents. Cameras are supposed to document but are never checked and the residents allowing men the access do not have any consequences and the victims that reside there are being discounted and are being revictimized. Changes need to be made.

Never got any response. People say they'll get back to you in 24-48 hours but I never received a response. Homeless people on the street are really HURTING and in my experience, the HOMELESS PROBLEM IS SO BAD BECAUSE THERE ISN'T ANY HELP!

This property is not responsible to refund my deposit. They entered into my apartment without notice and they rubbed my stuffs. I will open claim in court against charities housing.
