Played with mental health services , was never consistent , staff unprofessional, unreliable & unaccountable. No supervisor is ever available & the staff argues from the background without any given name or help

It used to be a good place to go when there were good teachers but ever since that lady Ms. Spears took over it's THE WORST! She is AN EXTREMELY RUDE, AGGRESSIVE AND DISRESPECTFUL PERSON to clients trying to do their best, stops a lesson just to get the people who haven't yet paid to pay! All about money!! Even the social workers say it's a bad place. I even heard it's not court related and yet they claim to be. Something has to be done about this place.

Organization has many programs available to meet the needs of the community. Mrs. Spears is very knowledgeable and shows No judgment. She teaches in all her classes that everyone is human and it’s never too late to make changes and everyone’s path is different. The organization is very supportive to its clientele (youth, adults, and families). Keep up the good work!

I will never attend nor call this place again the CEO
is very rude and does not listen to her clients she speaks over them and don’t understand people that have been through trauma to not yell at them or make them feel less as a person! I have never felt so unheard before and they are all about money! I was unaware of the class that I was taking didn’t cover what I needed to take and so I called her to ask for a refund because it was a true Misty and she stated because she sat down with me for 5 minutes didn’t give me her undivided attention because was distracted by everyone else was walking out of the meeting and answering phones and not working one on one with me at all! I just feel that I was not treated fairly and like a client I was treated like someone that wasn’t a paying customer! If you want to be unfairly treated attend this class she don’t even understand if you have or where to have family issues come up!!

Spoke with Timothy Spears and at first she was nice. But after she read my report (only accusations) she started been mean to me. She gave me appointment to take over my payment and didn't called me. I tried calling her in many occasions and she wouldn't answer. And when she finally did answer me, said I was lying saying I didn't called her even tho I had a record of all the times I called her. And at the end she denied me service all because of the lies and accusations on my report.
