I’m very pleased with the nursing home in Chandler. The only thing I would like to be improved is Rogers fingernails and toenails . They need to be cleaned and trimmed more.
The food is good and everyone is very kind and helpful.

Absolutely the best! I have never been in a facility where everyone in the staff were so helpful and pleasant with their patients and family. They worked with my husband regularly and are very involved with all their patients. Food is very good as well. Staff that weren't even directly assigned to my husband were just a pleasure and helpful. I could not be more pleased with our choice to come here, I was able to leave and not worry about the hands that would be caring for my husband. The personal attention and communication the staff shows with their patients is rare, not seen in most places. Please thank the entire staff for the care they gave us. May each and everyone of you know how thankful and much appreciate all you have done for us!

Look up their Medicare rating. 👎 Staff is terrible!!! Anything on Google above 1 star must be staff or owners! This facility is not someplace to leave someone you care about, much less love.

The staff working C Hall, the therapists, and the administrative staff made my stay at Chandler Nursing and rehab a very positive experience! They were professional, attentive, and very friendly. It takes teamwork to make rehab and assisted living a good experience. The staff is team oriented and helped me regain strength in minimal time. I highly recommend Chandler Nursing and Rehab!!!

We were very impressed with Chandler Nursing Center. My brother was in there little over a month and a half and he had the best nurses, and Dolar and his staff of rehab, occupational and speech therapy were great. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The center is very clean and well taken care of. Trisha was such a huge help getting my brother set up and explaining everything to the family. I would definitely recommend this nursing home.
