Closed to the public but this is where they keep the animals when the city of houston brings educational programs with them. They also grow things that are needed to go back into the ecosystem at the park. As a child I had a friend who’s mother was an animal rehab personnel and I had the pleasure of getting to meet a lot of the animals.

Big park, lots of parking, canoe and kayak launch area, long walking paths. One of the best attractions is a built-up bridge over the woods with 3 different wiew areas close to Clear Creek. The bridge looks like it's in need of some serious maintenance. The whole park lacks maintenance, faded paint at the parking lot, potholes etc. There's adequate restroom facilities, several porta-potties throughout.

This part is amazing freshwater lake swings for adults, children, small and big and you're able to reserve a spot for birthdays and celebrations. Plus they have their own barbecue pits and bathrooms

My group of kids from J.B. Adams ABSOLUTELY loved it. Our tour guide and animal show was great. My kids were not ready to leave. Keep up the great work.

Not for public. The park is worth the drive. Suggest to carry pic nic. Electric bike

I went walking on my lunch hour and I was walking through a trail that had trees and brush on both side and the deer ran out right in front of me and crossed over it was awesome
