I never write reviews but this is significantly bad. Multiple emails go unanswered and after being told I’d get a call back in a few minutes, nobody calls. Then was told emails were answered but then person admitted they actually didn’t ever respond. I sent an invoice which was ignored. How is one supposed to get the help they need when no one helps. Providing needed services to special need clients is not happening and seems to be severely out of compliance to operate as a business that claims to do that.

It can be tough advocating for a loved one but I have experienced so much support and genuine care with my brother by the staff at CEPS. Their mere existence is a blessing. So many people get financially abused and this is a great barrier of prevention. Michelle and Amanda played a vital hand in ensuring the safety of my brother when time was of essence. Sarah cared for him as if it were her own relative. I weeped tears of joy at the urgency and compassion that was shown. Being out of state, this means more than words can accurately describe but I will say this: CEPS is an answered prayer. They are the hands and feet of unconditional love when it matters most. Every single time I’ve been in contact with THIS staff, I was met with sincere concern and superb professionalism. AI may be trending but we need real community and CEPS is that for me and my brother.A trusted safe place . God bless each and every one of you!!!

An employee came out and offered kind words and water to me and my GF when they saw we were having a rough time. Really was a nice gesture. Didn’t get employees name but they had a music note tattoo on their leg . Appreciate good people like that

I educated myself about what a payee does in support of a payor,so please hear me out . Transferring funds via ACH to a card doesn't involve any sort of compassion or care . Trying to get anything done in regards to benefiting a client is always met with let me ask my supervisor. They absolutely VETO any request that would improve a clients basic needs . Housing ? Uhh no we don't work with that vendor , absolutely no care whatsoever involving the client . I've emailed several times with legitimate questions only to have them ignored with ," what email?" Makes me wonder where does all the money go . SSI states that having more than a specific amount (2k) on hand might constitute a stop of assistance . There's no accountability and I would educate yourself about the rules they are to follow ... I've been there 6 years and will be headed to SSI on Monday to request a new payee service .. it's time to use my voice...

New review.
I love CEPS now more then ever. This is all because of Dana. I absolutely love her. She is genuinely caring and always has my best interest in mind. She answers her phone 95% of the time and when she doesn't she returns my calls promptly. She always makes sure that I'm doing OK and my money matters are in order. CEPS IS LUCKY TO HAVE HER AS ARE HER CLIENTS.😊😊😊

This company sucks for a payee service. They rarely answer their phone and they say you have to call in to have your checks sent out evey month. Can't believe they charge $45 a month to do this kind of work. My rent was late too many times because of this. Good thing the management where I live is somewhat understanding.

I have been a client for almost 30 years.
I chose them, because I'm the guy who puts the mortgage payment in the PG&E envelope...and I'm not always the easiest person to get along with (who me?)
Sure, things go wrong now and then, that's life .BUT the ladies at CEPS are always there and they always want and do their very best for YOU !
THEY ARE AMAZING
(I never ask how they do it,,,,I'm just truly grateful)
THANK YOU
If you want/need a payee? THEY ARE THE VERY BEST
