They keep changing my worker ever month or so I was at the one @14 the c st then they put me at the one on Fulton in Sacramento California. Know have me out of the Modesto office. And a friend was showing me. That they where taking my money. And do what with it I don't know. Today is the 11 of may and there telling me I have no money left. All I have to say to Ceps where is my money

Love this payee service they are really great women ... who sometimes have had to deal with some other clients who are to say the least very difficult.I have tried never to be one of those. They always have a smile for you and a kind word.Yet,hey have made a couple of mistakes........ but usually that happens when they change personal managers because of name changes ,,,but ALWAYS quickly resolve problems when they found ....And they always remember to send you a birthday notice and tell you to have a Happy Birthday ,when even relatives forget your Birthday.Thanks CEPS for being there!

I've been blessed and hurt by the way they conduct business, I think their trying to achieve better customer service,
It's been a year since I last reviewed C.E.P.S. I have rarely seen a company rise to the overall customer care and professionalism as this company.Personally I thank them every time I get a chance to go in,they have exceeded All expectations and i will recommend them at every oppurtunoty. It's been now 4 years of. The Most Outstanding customer service! 5 Stars

I like that my casworker was so nice but there are a couple things that make me unhappy the waiting room is always full and takes forever to be seen.Mycard is getting overcharged on purchases I didn't make thats why I don't want a card but I have to have a card. I dont get collection calls so I guess that means they are doing their job.

My roommate uses CEPS. She has been with me for five yrs. During that time CEPS has paid her rent on time maybe four times. Which causes my landlord to charge me 50.00 late fee. I have called Jessica repeatedly with no care at all from her.
I have left repeated messages to her, with no call back- —-Ever….
I would not recommend this CEPS office to anybody.

I love all the ladys here at CEPS. I have the amazing worker of all time. I trust this place with my money and all of them are very friendly. I feel bad for them too they have to deal with the craziest people and the back talk from the crazies. Most of all i would give those ladys a 💯👌 they are there to help you not to bring you down. For that i want to give them each a rose for the gard work rhey do for everyone who treats them good like me lol

These ladies are amazing for everything they have to put up with response to that Aaron Guys review you cant stand the litter ,then pick it up its not there job to pick up after anyone else but them selves try to do what a educated grown man would do .send flowers and gift baskets for those ladies . they have to put up with the drug addicts and rude ppl like you that could never fill there shoes.god bless the ladies at CEP's you make a a wonderful contribution to Modesto Society

This place is one of the worst places to be around . On the 1st to the 10th of each month they have people littering and throwing stuff and yelling and screaming and fighting and calling emergency vehicles. Also the clients that they have one of the worst people to deal with. They are extremely slow with working with owners and their properties for their clients.
