Their breakfasts and lunches are great, but keep in mind this is a fundraiser, not a Michelin-starred restaurant. The meals are prepared, cooked, and served by a fantastic group of volunteers who donate their time in a hangar environment (yes, you read that right – a hangar/warehouse). It's a perfect place for aviation enthusiasts and people-persons. However, if you expect perfect cuisine on every visit, you "might" be disappointed.

But listen up! If you'd pay $10 (soon to be $13) for a breakfast where you pay at a table to get your meal ticket, then wait in line (sometimes a long line that moves fairly quickly depending on when you get there) to grab your food cafeteria-style, and then enjoy it on folding tables and chairs in a hangar setting, then I think you'll be very satisfied. After all, hundreds of regulars, both pilots and non-pilots, can't be wrong!
