Centennial Village has beautiful grounds to view. The swimming pool is so inviting with crystal blue and clear water. The inside of the apts occomodate 1-2 individuals comfortably in each 1 bedroom apt. This community does keep up on work orders, and make necessary repairs usually within 48 hrs. They change your air filter monthly and never skip this convienient service. The staff is very nice, and personally Heather the Manager is very attentive to follow up with any concerns that you may have. Thank you Heather! Maintenance men...If you ever need an extermination of pests they are on it. I have not had an issue with on going pest like unwelcomed roaches. I know that they are on it, because they don't even want you to have bug spray in your apartment. They keep the bugs out, and that in itself is a plus in my opinion. I don't like living with bugs!.
There are concrete walls between these apts, so if your neighbor has unwanted pest in their apt. You are unlikely to get them, becase concrete separates your apt from theirs. I have only lived here for 1 year thus far, and the Maintenace team is awesome, they appear to be hard working to be sure that the apartments are run smoothly. The people seem to be very nice here. I just wish that visitors could stay longer through-out the year. Other then this I would rate them a 5+. On the other hand, the apartments are well kept up on, and the staff is very nice, They truly seem to care about tenants needs with work orders. The location is great near fast food chains like pizza, burgers, grocery stores, doctor offices, and within walking distanct both to CVS and Walgreens. Recently, the complex has installed brand new washer and dryers which complement the complex features, and benefits to haved laundry facilities on each floor of the complex. For a small monthly fee, you can wash and dry your clothes as much as you want to. Auto pay is available to make things simple if you are a simplton type person. Thank you Centennial village for making my stay welcoming with a home like feeling! Please Keep up the good work!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Centennial Village! The park like campus is even more beautiful in person than it is on the internet photos. Planted with palms, desert trees, green spaces, and a stunning array of blooming plants through winter and late spring. Everyone I’ve met here is so pleasant and friendly…..and best of all, the management was very helpful and responsive to any questions, throughout the process of my application and final move. My apartment was sparking…..freshly painted and spotlessly clean. Much appreciation goes out to the entire staff. I am so grateful to be able to live here!

I moved into Centennial in Oct. 2020 - and every day here I am more and more impressed with the staff, facility and others living here. The office staff, including Heather, is so responsive to any question or problem you may have and the maintenance staff - Matt, Marvin and Hal and the younger helpes - are efficent, kind and very helpful. I can't believe I could find a better place to live in Mesa or the surrounding area. Everyone here will work with you to get your application completed and approved. Come join a great place to live!

April 2024 - Update - Yesterday I called for a work order and also the office put in a work order for me. This was early in the morning and before 10:00 a.m. both of my problems were solved. I can't begin to say how much I appreciate the care to my comfort that the staff here provides. They take very good care of us and our apartments. Best place ever - never leaving.

A "Special" thanks to Hal for fixing my air conditioner. I was very pleased with the way the repair was handled. I was unable to be at home for the service call but I think the service rendered by maintenance was impeccable. Thanks again Hal for your prompt response.

On May 8 I submitted a work order because the connection to the bathroom sink stopper broke and water drained a bit slowly. On May 9 early a.m. Marvin came to my door and check it out. Said he would come back to repair it. By the time I got home all the work was done and back in business. Marvin and Hal and Matt (and the new younger workers) are always right on the problem and pleasant, professional and friendly. Can't imagine living in a place with better service and care as we the tenants are given and the grounds kept so beautifully. Hope to live here til the very end - appreciate everyone here - including the office and compliance staff. Love you all, thanks Bev Keith A304
