Cedar Creek is a great place to work. There is a caring and family atmosphere that is very intoxicating here. As a department head, you are allowed the freedom to make decisions and not be micromanaged. This allows you the ability to be more flexible which in turn makes you more productive in whatever role you play for the team. I would recommend this facility to individual who want the opportunity to excel in their profession. I would also recommend Cedar Creek to family members who are looking for quality care. This is a great place to be, rather working here or residing here!

This building is under new administration and has improved 1000 percent. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The therapy department does an exceptional job rehabilitating the residents back to their fullest capabilities. The building always smells wonderful and the housekeepers are always busy working to ensure the buildings clean and safe environment for residents, staff and guests. I’m excited to have this facility in my hometown of Mount Juliet and would gladly refer any of my family or friends to this facility. Thank you Cedar Creek Post Acute for making the difference!

Cedar Creek Post Acute is home for me. We thrive to provide excellent service for our residents. If you are in Healthcare, you are aware of the daily struggles we have encountered since Covid. Yet we still show up with smiles on our face daily to take care of others. The expectations of long term care facilities can sometimes be unrealistic, but we are most definitely here to provide support and the best care to your loved ones! This is an absolute great facility with great staff. They have made so many positive changes under the new management. I am so lucky to have found this place for my loved one. They listen to my needs and take them seriously, and follow up quickly.

This place changed it’s name and nothing else. The same nursing staff and techs who don’t give a darn about the patients. Everytime I come to visit my parent it’s a staff member outside smoking. The rooms reek of cigarettes smells. My parent has COPD and the smell of the cigarettes can trigger that. I wish the new name came with new staff. I have called several times about this and nothing has changed. I have so many complaints and wish I could remove my parent from this place. I’m not the only 1 a lot of us visitors have talked about this constantly.

My relative was sent to the hospital from this facility for medical clearance. They “dumped”him there and placed him on the do not return list. They did not inform our family why such action was taken against my elderly brother who suffers from schizophrenia and dementia. They did not call me to inform me that he was not going to be readmitted and place on their do not return list. I was interrogated by staff as if he was a murderer although a back ground check was done prior to admit. The lack of communication and transparency was disheartening. They even gave his belongings away while family was planning on his return. I am sure they have amazing staff at this facility. The upper management need to be trained on how to treat those that suffer from mental illness. We all are one bad experience away from being in the same situation.
