A month ago, I sought assistance for my case and when they returned my call, the person inquired if they represented me. Despite not representing me, when I explained my case, she responded by saying, "You didn't consider reaching out to us earlier." Furthermore, she conveyed a pessimistic outlook, stating, "The damages have been done; expect a denial letter." This experience left me feeling disheartened, as it seemed their priority was financial rather than genuinely helping people. I wouldn't recommend this place based on my encounter.

I understand that this is a charity, but she does not care about her clients. Worst service I have ever received, filled out all paperwork incorrectly. If I could give negative stars I would. Do not use this service, find anyone else.

Esta bien Que haiga estos services ..pero la manera en Que tartan ah uno no. La mujer Que esta ahi de ayuda te.le hiso una prejunta a mi esposo Que Si habia entrado illegal le contesto no entre con visa ,,Ella esta seguro le conresta Si ..le hiso esta prejunta como 6 veces de difente forma .poniendo demaciada precion en nosotros el solo tenia respuesta Que Ella no entendia ,..esto para mi Fue muy molesto mas por la forma Que lo hacia.pienso totalmente Que uno habla bajo responsabilidad propia ..no estuve nadacontenta con su servicio de Ella ..may ostigante
