I don't understand why it's a problem they can't ever answer the phone. Haven't had luck with that yet so I pray that one day they answer the phone dead real good service and I appreciate them but right now they're not taking no phone calls you can't make appointment you can't do nothing so you just stuck up in the air on hold and prayed that one day you called and somebody answer the phone.

Catholic Charities needs new staff they should not be allowed to determine whether or not someone circumstance is an emergency they are very unprofessional and they have told many lies on numerous occasions. I asked to speak with a supervisor they said there were none. I was also told that one of the ladies was a director who was actually a caseworker when I asked the lady the director's name she gave me the wrong name this place is unbelievably something I never seen before in my life, but I will continue to fight until I have the right and true and correct answers I'm okay with them not being able to help what I'm not okay with is someone judging me by a phone call because they didn't want to do their job and furthermore being lied to by several different staff is unacceptable from Catholic Charities I have never used Catholic Charities before in my life and I feel that their funding should be revoked and give to an organization who actually's truly care. I'm right now currently waiting to speak with with the supposedly charge manager but I will continue to seek until I find the directors number all I want is equal opportunity and to be treated fairly

I have a juvenile dependency case had to do parenting classes was very informative I really liked it instructors are very professional, and I think they should keep the program open it's hard to find places like this. You guys keep up the good work. Don't stop helping people.

NO stars!
I went into this community center hoping to receive rental assistance because I was out sick for a few days and did not have enough PTO to use. Upon going in I was basically interrogated and made to feel like I was lying about needing assistance. I provided ALL information requested including my bank statements showing what I paid and paystubs showing my smaller check only to be told that because of my income I was denied. I can normally pay my rent but fell on hard times this month and had PROOF of that. I think the atmosphere was HORRIBLE and they should NOT be offering rental assistance when they know they do not want to provide any!!! The calculations they go by are RIDICULOUS! This is false advertising. 211 should not use them as a referal!
