PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! DO NOT! Choose this "care center" to send a loved one to. They absolutely do not care about the patients there. They do not check on the patients and do not care for their daily needs like take the trash out. My loved one is currently a patient there and in a wheelchair not able to get the simple things on his own, like ice or water. The staff does not bring the patients water or ice throughout the day. And if the patients request a refill it takes the staff hours to bring it. My loved one does not receives a shower every 5 or 6 days. The food is awful. Today the scrambled eggs looked like cold mashed potatoes and can't tell what if any meat was used to make what looks like a burrito. The food is always cold and resemblance of mushed dog food.

If I knew how to get the state board involved to investigate this center I would do so! Disgraceful to treat people in this way. If someone can pass on this review to get the state involved I would really appreciate it greatly. If but is happening to my loved one then it is happening with all the patients who don't want to make a complaint.

My father was there for two weeks and it was very hard to leave our dad there the first night. But the nurses there made us feel so comfortable that after that we had no problem. My sister and I appreciate everyone who cared for my dad. To name a few, Shannon, Q. Shameka, Maria, and Michelle. You're all so awesome and we thank you for what you do. PT was great as well. Thank you all for the care of our father.

My aunt is staying here In the 600 area and the nurses are so rude, so much attitude , you ask questions about how your family member is doing and they are so rude, and have rude looks on their faces.. being in the health care facility they should be more compassionate, and just nice! DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE ! Positive note the activities gal is super sweet, and the red head nurse/CNA is really kind

My husband was a patient here for approximately 6 weeks. Upon being moved to another facility. They neglected to send his walker whi h had already beena cussed by another patient. His clothing of 3 pairs of pants and 6 pairs of shirts were never moved. I am still waiting 3 days for a call from the facility. This is uncalled for in my opinion and should never happen. I will not recommend this facility.

I would like to share my experience @ Casas Adobes. I met wonderful caring people. Made me feel safe, comfortable and at ease for my approximately 2 weeks stay . Staff of special mention that I'll remember for their sincere and caring help are ; (Nurses ) Shannon and Jammie , ( CNA's ) " T" and Anna ( P/T ) Stephanie and Chris . The Casas staff took great care of my grandmother throughout her extended stay. From her nurses Shannon, Deepa, and Genesis, her nursing assistants Tyler, Bre, and Michelle, her therapists Tina, Darla, McKenna, Zarel, and Karina. Her rehab and recovery was complicated by various things in which the team stepped up including Sam with psych, Kyra with loss prevention, and Bre/Karen with social services and case management. Everyone went absolutely above and beyond to provide her with the best care and treat her like family. I can’t thank the Casas team enough for their above and beyond efforts!

As a new patient here, I can say that the people that take care of me, Dilara, Darcy, Mellisa, Chris, Lulu in maintenance, and I know I'm missing out on the medical staff names but know you are not forgotten. The staff takes great care of me and answer the call lights quickly and answer my questions and all the requests I have. I will update as my time here goes on. Nik Hamilton

What an Amazing place!! And the staff….Wow!! They are one of a kind!! I’d like to recognize one person in particular…Kyra Wiggins! She went above and beyond for us!! What a beautiful kind soul!!
