This was my first time giving blood and everyone there made the experience amazing. The staff are caring and very humorous. They got my vein in one poke and answered all the questions I threw their way. They gave me cookies and water when I was done and made sure to keep checking up on me. I will definitely be coming here again, thank yall for all yall did for me and everyone in the community 🫶🏼🫶🏼

It doesn't matter if they know you by name or are meeting you for the first time, this Carter Blood location is so friendly and professional! This is my favorite location and Sherry greets me by name but she has a smile and warmth she shares with every donor that walks in the door! She is excellent at her job and I'm always happy to see her. This last time that I donated platelets, Reece took my donation and was SO sweet and attentive and did such a fantastic job. I didn't even have a slight bruise, super impressive! I was offered snacks before during and after my donation and had no issues at all. The front desk lady is so friendly also and makes the experience effortless. I highly recommend Carter BloodCare and particularly, this location. (I'm sure all the locations are great!)

So far so good. Have donated here multiple times. Frequent donator. I donate blood every 8 weeks, always have. I will continue to go to this location as it is fast, efficient, clean, and has a good staff.

Incredibly friendly stuff, very nice accommodations, and a well streamlined process all make for a great experience donating blood!
They have a great movie selection, if you want to donate plasma or platelets as well. I've donated 18 gallons since '98, and this is one of my fav locations.
