I’ve been coming to this location for the past 3 years and I give every 9-12 weeks. Very disappointed today! I understand new people need training, but trainer MUST step in when process isn’t being followed. And how in the heck dose NOBODY ask how I’m doing during donation?! I will never return to this particular location! Very saddened by this experience…

We’re big supporters of giving blood to do our part to save lives. Carter is one organization that makes you want to donate. The people care and it shows when they take a stab to get your blood. It is nice to know they are there if you need blood.

I try to donate blood regularly and mainly use the one in Southlake/ Keller area, but was over in Bedford and dropped by this location. The staff at this location was very friendly and funny. So now I have two locations that I know that I can use and have a nice time donating.

I gave blood back in January with a Carter BloodCare bus. The phlebotomists were super sweet, very caring and alert of any complications co-workers and I might've had. Due to the fact that I am injury-prone and have terrible luck, I suffered for a while afterwards. I guess my tiny veins couldn't handle such a large needle! Oh well... stuff happens BUT I am so very thankful for Tronna, the Donor Advocate/Special Donations Assistant, during the aftermath of my donation. She helped me with my issues in a very timely manner and made sure that I was doing okay. I just can't thank her enough for her kindness and empathy. I would recommend this location to ANYONE who wants to help save a life! Thanks for reading, you rock Tronna!

Always a great experience, nice & friendly people. I give blood every 2 months @ this location. If you see any bad reviews on here, the person probably doesn't even give blood.

Being a blood donor, I love the fact that they, Carter blood care, goes out to show appreciation to their donors. I really enjoyed the tour of their facility.

The Home Office is in Bedford, Texas. My Daughter works there. You don't give blood at this office. Security is very tight.
