They went above and beyond my expectations in providing service for my mother. Her passing was sudden, and my mother and I didn’t really have a plan. They were patient with me and my wife, and I can’t say enough good things about the staff. They helped me find a pastor to speak, which meant a lot during such a tough and traumatic time in my life. I truly can’t thank the staff enough. The service turned out beautiful, and I know my mom would be proud.

Carroll-Lewellen managed my mother's cremation. Hayley was knowledgeable, very helpful, and I absolutely recommend them. Sending follow-up information on all of the many matters that need to be addressed was just what I needed when trying to understand what happens next.

Have mixed feelings on the service provided. Crystal was amazing. She was on top of things, answered any questions we had and kept us informed on what was going on throughout the entire process. I would give her five stars any day of the week for her kindness, compassion and professionalism. You need more employees like her!
Now for the bad. Our loved one passed away in a nursing home and while still sitting with her after she passed, Carroll-Lewellen called me and wanted to know if we wanted to talk about pricing for services. She was asking questions that should have been in their records and should have already known. Maybe you should at least wait until your mortuary has picked up the person before calling to ask about pricing and check your files about information you should already have. This to me was very unprofessional.

They were so kind, responsive, professional, caring, patient - all the things you’d hope for in one of your toughest personal times.

Crystal was clear and had great communication all the way through. Sarah, may be perhaps one of the brightest kind and caring souls I’ve ever met. It certainly made a huge difference to me as I navigated my grief and a kindness I will never be able to repay or say thank you for enough times over.

Hailey went above and beyond to help me with the cremation and life insurance,(which eas a NIGHTMARE), for my mother and was so amazingly kind, and attentive. All the staff was helpful, kind, and empathetic without making the family feel guilt for not spending money and they bent over backwards to save me financially as much as possible. They also held my mother for an extended period without extra charge work with the insurance. I hope it's a long time before I have to use funeral sevices again, but when I do, it will be Carol Lewellen.

I have nothing but good things to say about this establishment. My husband and I went through the unimaginable and lost our baby girl at 41 weeks. Carroll-Lewellen was wonderful to work with as we dealt with our loss. Everyone we spoke to was kind and respectful and the funeral director, Nicole, even took our little girl's clothes home and washed them before returning them to us without being asked. To top it all off, due to the circumstances the funeral home donated the cremation services. But this review would still be 5 stars even if I’d had to pay for it. Thank you all so much for everything you did for us.
