I thought everyone was really nice, until I received a phone call demanding me to bring the pump they had me borrow that day, right now! I was told last appointment not to worry, bring it next month, no big deal. I was in Loma Linda Children's Hospital having heart treatments. I could not believe how rude, demanding, and inconsiderate the employee would be. I took it back today on my appointment and told them what happened. I was told by a separate employee, "I said sorry, what more do you want me to say?" Have compassion and understanding! A simple sorry means nothing. I understand someone needs it, I get it. But I have a sick baby and don't have a car. Plus I was told by same girl to fake my breastfeeding as long as possible cause it makes them look better. Even though my baby now requires prescribed formula.

they are not friendly at all. They are always being mean and saying we can’t steal so much stuff when it’s free.
