This is a historic mansion owned by a non profit. These are the folks that have put on the People's Fair every year. If yippy are looking for classroom space or rental space for a party or meeting check it out. 2 historic rooms on main floor plus a larger indoor/outdoor pavilion with kitchen and full set up. Have been to weddings and graduation parties here, as well as classes. Great historic part of Denver.

I only visit this on Sunday nights for a Recovery meeting. It's a nice always kept clean venue. It's right off Cheeseman Park, easy RTD drop off & returns.
Not sure what else the building is used for. "Community building"
