I appreciate everyone in their services department, this Canadian tire, gets the job done and completes every check and lest their client know right away if more work is needed, the cost of the part and work and if it did not need the extras, they will be happy to say it is ready. I trust this car shop to do everything I need so that I can enjoy my car and help others safely get to where they need to go.

Cancelled an extremely time sensitive appointment last minute because of a “booking error” caused by one of their staff. Earliest they could get me in was a few days later. Despite explaining circumstances, offered no resolution - just “oops, too bad”. Save your time and money, go to a locally owned shop with competent staff.

EDIT: no use reaching out to schedule an appointment, since my appointment was cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice. Had to take the day off work to go to a local mechanic last minute instead. Luckily he was great.

I went to buy a small dresser with wicker drawers. None in stock so I got the display model for 1/2 price & 2 great guys brought it off the shelf & into my car. I’m on a budget (who isn’t). It was dusty & one of the guys joked that ‘ the dust was free’. Thank you so much for starting out my 2025 on a good tune!!!

I would like to thank you the staff at auto centre who did very excellant job for his kind. I went to replace new battery for fob remote but apparently, I can not open the fob and one of cashier told me to go to auto centre. He used tool to open and paged other staff to see me at the aisle and provide me the battery I need and I then went to cashier again to pay. I then brought the new battery back and he replace.

I intentionally go to Canadian Tire even not close to where I live because of very kind staff plus above & beyond service that I will receive.

I just called Canadian Tire on Admirals rd regarding a recycling fee on my bill for a 15 l bottle of water I purchased. I questioned this as I was told I couldn’t return it to be recycled there. I spoke with Lori, the customer service manager who was very helpful and informative. Lori went above and beyond to help me understand my dilemma. The recycling fee is governed by a third party to cover the costs of recycling but Canadian Tire can’t take part in the recycling process if this particular item. Funny thing is though that I can take the empty bottle back to Canadian Tire for my deposit! Thanks again Lori! Bureaucracy sure does have its gaps.

Went in to get a new battery for my Hyundai accent 2012, and the staff were so helpful!

They had my battery in stock and were able to complete the battery change that day! I waited less than an hour !

Very reasonably priced. Thank you Canadian service tire staff for helping me on an early Saturday morning, when I know you have a busy schedule.

I appreciate all that you did to get me in.

The Langford Canadian Tire feels way more put together, and well thought out than other locations. And the fact that the CT app tells you what isle the item you're looking for is in, AND you can light up the shelf that it's sitting on....chefs kiss.

Really good food had Lentil soup very delicious and cheese tea biscuit also great tasting recommend eating here.
