I believe Dr. Culwell is one of the kindest and most thoughtful Dr's. I ever met. He definitely knows what he is doing. Awesome bed side manner, takes the time to listen to you.

We have been seeing Dr. Culwell since we moved to Canadian in 2011. He is a wonderful Doctor , not to mention a person and friend! We are so glad to have gotten him from the beginning! He’s so understanding and very helpful! What a great doctor, and staff!! Thank you to all!

I have no idea why Dr Culwell is getting one and two star ratings because he, and most of the staff, are the BOMB! Dr Culwell is KIND, COMPETENT and CARING and his nurse is equally so! I would have given him 5-stars but one of his receptionists is very cold and acts put upon to be helping you (tho it's her JOB). The new office is CLEAN and COMFORTABLE as well and their standard of care is the best that I have experienced in the six years that I have been ill (which is HUGE as every doctor, with the exception of Dr Culwell, that I have dealt with has been HORRIBLE). So, if you are reading the reviews, blow the one and two star ratings off. They must have had a bad day...

We were looking for a new Dr. as our Dr. in Cheyenne is working less so we decided to come to Canadian and made an appointment to see Dr. Culwell and we really enjoy having him as our doctor. He is very professional and thorough, and listens to what we tell him. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing a doctor.

These are the nicest group of doctors and nurses I have ever dealt with!! I appreciate them so much for all they have done for me and my family! Dr. Culwell and his nurse Vicki are so caring, as well as the rest of the Staff.

The Dr, Culwell and Dr, Cook are both very professional and are there if you need them. They listen to what you have to say. The building is on the front side of the building it's clean and pleasant. The people up front in the office do great jobs. I appreciate all of the people that work there. Thank you.
