Inept, apathetic staff that doesn’t truly care about finding people jobs. They ignore calls, voicemails, and emails. You’re better off looking for a job on your own.

Went in today and this case worker skipped me and helped some woman client that just walked into his office. Even the front desk tried to tell him why didn't he follow the queue and he lied to her and said, "Randy helped her not me". Incident happened around 10:30am on July 22

it's hard enough dealing with landing a good job with having to talk to someone who is supposed help you treat to you rudely. I wouldn't recommend their services. you're better off going website per website for the businesses you are interested in, and apply that way because the people at Texas Workforce will only make it more frustrating.

Bad phone service, they completely didn't let me wait. And abruptly end the call, and I'm the one who's supposed to need help with finding a job. Don't bother trying here.

I was sent here by my judge in order to avoid jail time due to child support stacking up. All they do is tell you what jobs are hiring and print you a copy. Like I could have done this at home lol. What a waste of time.

I just needed information but my response from Harlingen Workforce was VERY RUDE over the phone. She made my question seem very dumb.. I know its Monday but be polite, don't sound like you don't have time for questions, and do your job. (called at 11:30am 1/23/17)
