I've had good experiences with this rehabber. Call first, it's her private home. She's always asked that I leave the animal on her porch, but she's been responsive with updates via phone. What a benefit to have her in the community!

The woman Nicky, NEVER trust her. She is extremely mean and a lier.
She does not care for other species. She should be reported. All the good reviews are fake, it’s all her own postings.

Last week, I found a baby sparrow during the heat wave. I found them online and I called them to see if they would know anyone that would take it. They helped called a rescue closer to me, but they wouldn't take it, so Nicky said she would accept it. She was friendly when I called and through text. I find it unfair people going over someone's house unannounced and leave a bad review. It's an extremely busy time from a few of rescue folks I spoke with. The fact they would help injured animals should be commended... it's their home and respect that. My sparrow I dropped off has an broken leg that didn't heal correctly that they might have to care forever. It's truly amazing what rescues do. Please consider that before leaving a negative review. When I dropped off the baby sparrow, they couldn't greet me, there were several boxes of other wildlife dropped off that day...they were handling calls of other injured animals is what she told me and said she would take care of it after the urgent call. I texted later and Nicky told me the sparrow was fed and examined, that's when I found out about the broken leg. I don't normally write reviews...but consider what these kind people have to do to help wildlife animals and the time they invest to do it.

Would not recommend, lady was not welcoming very rude. She was upset I was even there. I had no idea it was an actual house when I got there I told her I have a baby bird she said "well this is my home" which I did not know at the time I was just going off Google. I apologized a few times told her if I could leave the bird. All she said was leave it on the bench and ignored me.
