Single handedly the best organization in the U.S. when it comes to keeping drugs out of our country. CNOA has lobbied, trained and represented those that are risking their lives to keep our kids drug free. Their training is so good that people travel from around the world to attend their annual conference. I've seen people from across the US as well as Sweeden, Iceland, and New Zealand at each conference.

Talk about entrapment. They called my wife for a donation - for what, I don't know. She was busy and told them to send something to the home, not even knowing who they are. We get a bill for $40. Who are these guys? Why do they want our money? Why did the person trick her into agreeing, I don't even know if they she agreed. I think this is a very dishonest organization. Shady deals like this gives law enforcement a bad name!
