This place is trash. The employees are some of the slowest people I’ve ever encountered. I want to get in a workou and every single time there’s something wrong w my account. Weather it’s me having to update my membership, them over charging me, them loosing the cc, or a million and two reasons it seems like they come up with each month. The MOST unorganized business ever it should bot be this hard.

Very nice facility, staff is very friendly and accommodating,
showed up a bit before 10AM and practiced some pickleball for about a half hour. We’ll definitely be back!

4/12/21 Note: this review is for the temporary covid vaccination site established at this location.
The vaccination site is very well organized with volunteers guiding candidates every step of the way. My appointment was at 10:45 and I was done with the shot at 10:53. You need to wait another 15 mins under observation for any reactions from the vaccine. There is a tent set up and seats are socially distanced for safety. Water bottles and candies are provided as well.
The site requires prior appointment and you need to have a consent form, a copy of a valid ID and your insurance.
This is a super smooth operation.

The Center has 2 beautiful basketball courts and a great basketball coach! Ask for Eric Snyder for all levels of basketball training. Eric puts all his effort and more to train his students to become the best of the best. He is driven and motivated which in turn translates to all his students. Eric offers semi-private and private basketball training; sport specific training and weight training; jump training and personal training services. Thank you Eric for instilling love for basketball in all your students as well as for reaching amazing results through your trainings! You are a great asset to the Agoura Hills Community Center.

The place itself is very nice, clean, and tucked away from traffic. Decently priced for renting the venue and the large banquet room. Quaint outside patio and open lobby area.

I've left several messages for the event coordinator there and even went in person to try to make contact, with no avail.

Very disrespectful staff for kids especially today Sunday afternoon, giving her membership card and asking are u a member ! Inquire if the basketball court is available and the response I don’t know once inside you realize it’s fully booked for other kids which she could think how a kid would feel after getting excited then has to leave
