I do not ever recommend this place. I ended up with 3 infected teeth. They do not check for infections they just fill in your teeth. Not only that. I called when one of the students took the numbing needle and stuck me atleast 7 times then took the needle and started swirling it around and around while in my cheek and it became swollen. I waited over a week to see maybe if it would go down. I called nicely to ask if I can be seen. They said yes. When I got there it wasn’t any issues but I politely asked to speak to a supervisor to tell them my experience in private . I thought everything was fine. I wasn’t rude or loud it was just her and I! When it was time to get looked at I asked if someone more experienced can numb me . I wasn’t mean bc again I have no reason too. I ended up getting a filling in Oct or Nov everything was great can’t lie . They instructed me to call within three months if my fillin fails because they were trying a different method and it was a deeper filling. I called Friday and I was treated horribly. They acted like they didn’t care only told me that I was at my limit to be seen and to go else where as they gave me places I could go. That’s cool but I was calling about the filling that was hurting me so bad I couldn’t eat or close my mouth. The social worker who’s so rude and another lady she’s older she’s rude as well. I also asked to speak to the supervisor or director she gave me a hard time as well. Going over notes that had nothing to do with what I called about. Being argumentative or condescending if you will.
I understood about I reached my limit on my teeth except the one they said if it failed to call so they can see it. She even went as far as telling me the notes stated I was rude and negative. Simply because I reported how my mouth swelled up and how I was stuck so many times and how she moved the needle around and around in my jaw like a screw no apologies “just oh well and omggg well they are students” so I asked how am I rude for speaking calmly and in private about something that still is unethical? I asked is it bc I’m a black woman that spoke up is why I’m labeled as rude? Bc I wasn’t rude or loud I spoke in private to whom I thought was a supervisor. ? She said that’s not it and to hold on. I was told I can come in Thursday but it’s no guarantee anything can be done. A call I thought would take 1-2 minutes turned into a 10 minute call. I was so hurt and lost as to why I was treated that way and as to why that note was left. Then after all that she said she see where it does say I should come in and be seen smh. I ended up going else where and I was told they didn’t check for infections they just filled my teeth. I lost a tooth and fighting 3 infected teeth well 2 now and a infected hole. Had to get cut open! I will never ever return bc I now don’t feel safe or comfortable and I will do all I can to bring awareness to the less fortunate bc they look down on you bc you don’t have dental insurance and they just do anything to you and since they are “students” which should be under supervision which they don’t really be in there with them until the end it is ok and we should just take whatever bc we are seen as less fortunate or “poor” and they helping the community! I had to remind them I am very educated and I only come here bc this is my primary care facility!
I wasn’t going to leave a review but I had too and the other older lady got smart with me one time bc I skipped a while from coming but it was because I had a blood clot in my lung and instead of assuming she should of asked and one of the students had to tell her I was on blood thinners so I had to wait to be cleared! I promise you I will never return even after being told I can’t return bc I am at my limits until 2025! Which I thought a year would be 2024 lol but it’s

Which I thought a year would be 2024 lol but it’s ok never again and I will be sure to get dental insurance because I wouldn’t treat a dog the way they do. They just want charity money they can probably pocket or just treat us like lab mice. I do not recommend and I will continue to tell my truth until someone apologizes too me and how I was treated that really hurt my feelings on more then one occasion. Now I’m at home sick from infections. That could of been avoided if they caught it months ago! I pray for the ones who are afraid to speak up and out bless their hearts I sure I’m not the only one.
I can call everyone by face and name and I’m telling you if this how you all Say Jesus is Lord and everyone is treated right you all lied like haill! And I spelled that like that on purpose.

On October 11, 2018, I was in you all clinic for fillings. I got there about 11:45 a.m. my appointment was at 1:00 p.m. No one came to tell me that my BLOOD PRESSURE would be taken at 1:00. So I went to the front desk and one of the lderly ladies told me that everyone was at lunch and when they got back they would call me. Another middle age woman came up and the elderly lady pointed at me and called me this. I left and came back at 12:58 p.m. and I had to sit in the waiting room. Until after 1:00 p.m. When JoJo came to get me to check my BLOOD PRESSURE it was 185/ don't remeber the bottom number. JoJo told me that I had to wait until my pressure go down before I could have any dental work down. So the other eldely woman came to take my pressure. Which I didn't want her to take my pressure she was one of the rude people in the clinic. When she took my pressure it was 165/ don't know the bottom number and it was taken again and it was 155. Remind you I am already upset about my appointment.It was after 2:00 and the same rude elderly woman came where I was talking to Vanessa. After I told Vanessa that I was going to report one of the women. This particular woman got up in my face and said this was her clinic and she could stand where she want to stand. I never had my dental work done and she called Security on me. I should have called security on her. I thought that was very rude and unproffessional of her to get all up in my face. And all of the employees that was standing around never said a word. I guess because I was BLACK and the rude unprofessional woman was WHITE. It is too much racism going around and for this woman to get up in my face. And threaten me was too much. Every social media site I will post this matter.I reported her to the administrator of COOPER GREEN. jUST BECAUSE YOUR ARE WHITE DON'T MAKE YOU RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
