Inventory and organization was pretty darn good. We felt the prices are good. However, we would like request that the staff be more aware of clients. We stood there for several minutes and girl was on her phone without any customer awareness. She continued to chat and never available to checkout or interact with clients. If the private Investigator s next door would give way a crap about parking right in front of the Closet.

If I could give a 0 I would, I have spent well over 1000.00 in the store and I took my daughter just few minutes ago. I had my vape in my hand and right in front of everyone she tells me that me and my daughter can leave or she is calling the police and I asked why she said I was caught putting something in my pocket in front of all customers and I went pulling stuff out of my pockets only 2 pockets I had , yes I did stick something in my pocket it was my vape I put in my pocket so I could look at merchandise in there store, and I asked her do you wanna check my pockets said NO , so after I pulled everything out of my pockets me and my daughter was going to continue to shop , but more I thought and more people looked at me we left. I donate all time to them cause they help the community in so many ways, but after today I not be going to either Brysons closet . I don’t need to steal I work and have money and honestly I hope other people realize how rude and hateful that place is, and as my donations I’ll find some where else to take them

The store was disorganized and dirty. Pricing was high for a thrift store. Items that were reasonably priced were actually then found to be broken, ripped or missing parts. Staff was loud and rude.

If I could give zero I would. DISRESPECTFUL. I guess the employees think it's ok to talk about a customer right in front of them. We heard every single word you said Karen. If you hate your job that bad go sit at home away from all the customers that "get on your nerves". I WILL NOT BE RETURNING OR SPENDING ANY MORE OF MY MONEY THERE!

The one time in my life my family was in need of help for food I go there BIG mistake!!, the old hag in the back who runs the pantry was the rudest, most disgusting person I’ve met in my 38 years of life. I ended up folding my paperwork up and leaving bf ever getting any assistance. We shopped, past tense, here every week!! Not now she completely turned my whole family off and they will NEVER get our business again! And that’s sad for several reasons.

Found many a special thing here, but the staff makes it the tops. Some of my most niche, cool finds are from here, and that's secondary to the fact that I knew I could stop by here for some compassion and care when my cat passed unexpectedly. These folks love and care about their community. The buggies outside suggest this, but their consistent love, care, and understanding reinforce this. Come search for gems and find the most golden hearts.

I've never been more embarrassed to walk into a place being a DV victim to be accused of being rude when I never spoke to the woman. My daughter had the referral to come in there. Her pickup referral said 12- 8 evidently it's 1 to 4 . We arrived arrived at 12 an hour ahead of time of her schedule. No big deal when she said come back at 1. huffed not at her but at the situation and walked around the corner looking at the linens and I heard her tell my daughter being rude to me is not going to make me do it any faster.No one was rude to her no one said anything crossed to her at all. That was so embarrassing and for two board members to be standing there and hear it. I hope they realize what a rude woman this woman Karen was Talk about passive aggressive that's her there was no call for her to say we were being rude. I never spoke to her I never said a word to the woman. Don't worry KAREN we don't need your free stuff we'll continue to have nothing than have to deal with such a place like this. I've never been more embarrassed to walk into a place and be treated so rudely.
