This is such a beautiful facility. I have heard great things about it. I have seen and heard that even the food that they serve is amazing. With the chef Don Williams preparing healthy, and delicious meals. I heard he was a very talented gentleman even preparing cakes and pies. Keep up the great work, and thank you for helping our community.

Brookdale north Loveland was wonderful to my mother. The entire staff really cares about their residents and truly makes them feel at home. I cannot name all the wonderful people who helped with her care. Gloria was so wonderful with her. Benni, Erica, Nate, Sabrina, Angel, and many others provided her with wonderful care. The management team, Kelli, Shane and CaSandra create a wonderful environment. I highly recommend!

We are a local referral agency named Elder Angels Senior Advisors right here in Northern Colorado. We tour many communities with our clients to show them communities. We tour Brookdale North Loveland often and have placed several seniors looking for Assisted Living in the area. We have found that Brookdale North Loveland is a very nice smaller local assisted Living community that our clients really love. They have a friendly and warm environment for a senior to get the best care and attention in a great location. We worked with Bailey, she is knowledgable and makes the transition to assisted living seamless and without stress to an already stressful decision for families and their senior loved ones. She is quick to respond to our tour plans and accommodate with our schedule.

Brookdale North Loveland is an AMAZING facility! From the moment you walk in the door, everyone is greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The staff is incredible and takes the utmost care of each and every resident. They treat every person with kindness, compassion, patience, and love. The facility itself is clean, well-kept, and in immaculate condition. I highly recommend this facility as they are the very BEST in the city of Loveland.

She toured me through her facility where nearly every person greeted her without question! She’s offered support services beyond Brookdale in a true effort to do what is best for our family. The folks at Brookdale North Loveland are absolutely wonderful to work with. My relationship with them began several years ago when Jenny Walker began walking me through the best options to locate my mother for "aging in place". Unfortunately, due to my mother's decline I was unable to place her at Brookdale North as hoped but Jenny, Kelly and other staff continued their encouraging support regardless of our placement status. In fact, this is now the community of choice for my wife and I when the time comes to make that decision. We visited a lot of different senior communities that came highly recommended but we could "feel" the difference during our multiple interactions at Brookdale North. No other community came close to matching that "feeling" of family we experienced with the residents and staff. My sincere thanks go to Kelly, Cassandra and especially Jenny Walker for helping me in what can be a very challenging process. I definitely look forward to working with Jenny in the future as needs arise.

Just seen and heard of the most delicious meal cooked by Don at the nursing facility! The food not only looks amazing but also tastes good per one of the resident. The care and love put into each dish is truly evident. Don's cooking has truly brightened up the residents' day and makes them excited to eat. Thank you, Don, for your dedication and passion in feeding our residents with such tasty and nutritious meals. Keep up the great work!

Brookdale North is an amazing place. The staff are professional, kind, and caring. Some moves for the elderly are difficult. The move for my mother was difficult on multiple levels - Kelli, the director, and Jenny, the marketing director, were forced to jump through numerous hoops to finalize the move with my mother's care management company. They did all of it quickly, efficiently, and with grace. We never felt like they were frustrated-even when we were. And my mother was difficult - as often happens with a move. Cassandra, the health director; Shane, the facility manager; Larissa, the financial director; and all the incredible CNA's and staff never missed a detail and were so very patient with her - understanding exactly where she was emotionally and exhibiting extraordinary levels of patience! This has continued throughout our experience over the last 5 months since she's been there. I cannot recommend Brookdale North and the staff highly enough. It is clean, well-maintained, professional and filled with love.
