Absolutely awesome place that really does understand the hardships of caregiving! To this point, my LO has been managed in a retirement community but should additional services be needed, Bright Star is who I will call first! Tamra is so kind & empathetic. When I have people ask me about home care, this is who I always recommend! Tamra is knowledgeable of so many resources in the community as well! A true blessing for the Hot Springs area!

BrightStar care has been so helpful in preparing for and taking care of my grandmother. They took care of transferring her long term care insurance and put my concerns at ease. I am lucky enough to take care of my Aunt. She is now 87 years young, she definitely keeps me on my toes. If I need anything or help with anything I just call the office and Tamara and Marlowe will help me with whatever it is. I love working for Bright Star. MY Aunt loves that I am able to help her. When I first found out that we could get her help, she was very happy, but she only wanted family to do it. She is pretty stubborn but fun to be around. We both learn from each other. Thank you Bright Star.

If I didn't have Brightstar I would not be able to live in my own home. I don't need alot of help, but I can't do everything for myself. If it wasn't for Brightstar I would be living in a nursing home, and I don't want to live there. My CNA is Kassy and she is great, with her help I can keep living on my own for a long time and that makes me very happy. Tamera in the office is nice to she calls and checks on me every month. Brightstar is a very good company.

I have know Tamara (manager) for 5 years. She is a member of our Advisory Board for our CNA program. On several occasions, she has been a guest speaker. She is very caring and delicate in making sure that those who are entrusted in their care receive quality care. I f my mother who has dementia lived in Hot Springs I would definitely choose BrightStar to be the home health agency to care for her.

My week long experience with the folks at Bright Star in Hot Springs, AR was outstanding. From the moment we worked out a daily care giver schedule to equipment sharing to adjusting the schedule, all was handled in a professional and competent way. I would highly recommend Bright Star for any home care need. I am a recent amputee and needed daily assistance with showering and dressing.
