Used them for speech eval for my son.
They were so professional, kind, and understanding.
I'm a special education teacher and I highly recommend them. They explained things to me in terms i understood and my son enjoyed playing with them!
When you use Brighton, you're not using ECI services, but you feel like you are having close friends help you to be honest.

Highly recommend them. 5 stars is not enough!!

We use Brighton Center for all of our ECI needs, and my only regret is that I didn’t come to them sooner because they have been a blessing in my families life. They make sure we are equipped with all the resources that would best benefit us, and they are realistic - they don’t sugarcoat.

Being connected with Brighton has been such a blessing for our family! We previously were receiving PT services through another company, but it was very difficult to schedule sessions around my work schedule and we had to rely on a lot of help from our families to make the appointments work. After switching care to Brighton, appointments were able to be done at my son's daycare, allowing his teachers to be involved in the sessions and learning strategies to help him, and also allowing my husband and I to still continue working full time! I receive a text message after every session letting me know how he did, what they worked on, and how we can keep up his progress at home. His therapists and care coordinator are also available to me to reach out with questions and updates on his health between sessions.

Most significantly though, is how Brighton has prioritized the needs of our whole family. They have connected us to resources, helped us advocate for his care, and taken the burden of coordination off my shoulders so I can focus on being a mom. To have Brighton as a partner in our child's care has been invaluable. I can't say enough good things about the company and our care team, I only wish we had gotten to start with them from the beginning!

My daughter has been with Brighton for almost 4 months and since then Mrs Natalie, and Mrs Jessica have been working with my daughter and she has come a long way ! My daughter was at a 15/16 month old level when we started her sessions now she has learned so much more has opened up way more ever since she started therapy I would highly recommend Brighton without yall my daughter would still be struggling in some development delays because her surgeries but we appreciate yalls time and patience in my household 😊🙏🏽

My son has been in the early intervention program for a short three months. In In these short, few months he has come such a long way thanks to his therapist, Alejandra, Jenny & Jessica! They are all so knowledgeable and just overall amazing! I can’t say enough good things about them. We will miss them dearly!

We witnessed 10-15 staff members come into an establishment today and didn’t leave a tip. They all had their staff t shirts on, so it was obvious. We were sitting at the next table over. All ladies and total disregard to the service industry. Do better.

Would not recommend this daycare to anyone.
They never answer the phones and when they do answer, they end up transferring you to someone who never answers. It took 3 calls with voicemails and two in person visits to finally get one call back to be told I would get called back.
The teachers seem to always be on their cell phones but can’t find time to update the app they use to communicate with parents. Asked for a photo on the app and never got one.
Teachers do not care about your kids. Our son wouldn’t get changed all day yet they would lie about it. Our son would come home hungry (starving hungry) even though we brought snacks for him to eat while there. We would check his bin and the snacks weren’t even open. Since moving our son to a different daycare, we have not had any of those issues.
This is by far the worst daycare and I would avoid this place like the plague.
