After 3yrs of my kids attending this daycare, I couldn’t be happier with the care my children receive. My oldest has gone here since she was 18 months old & she is now 4. I have 2 smaller children who also attend this daycare who have been going since they were 6 weeks old.
ALL of the staff is by far some of the best staff I have ever seen at a daycare, the 2 directors are informative, caring & always do what’s best for the children. Any time my child gets hurt while playing or has an incident not only is it charted on the app for me to be instantly notified, but I get a courtesy call from a staff member or director.
My kids have built relationships with each & every staff member at this facility, it doesn’t matter what class they teach or what they do at this daycare my children are always happy to see them.
The Head director Judy is amazing at what she does, she cares about each student in her center & if she has any type of concern about your child she is more than respectful talking to you about it. She along with all of the other staff is with my children during the week more than I am while I work so I take everything they tell me into consideration & listen to the concerns they may have.
The staff here is more than understanding when it comes to emergencies or personal issues going on. They truly have respect for their students & their families!!
If I could give this daycare 10 stars I would, I couldn’t imagine taking my children to any other daycare. This place has truly been more than amazing to not only my 3 children, but to me as well!

If I could leave 10 stars for this daycare, I would.
I have had 3 kids come into this daycare, 2 starting out as young as 12 weeks & the other 6 weeks.
The staff is AMAZING, the facility is ALWAYS clean.
During the summer they have splash pad days on site in the built in Splashpad they have at the daycare, both my toddlers LOVE this & have a blast on these days!
My 1yo & 3yo get so excited about coming to school & sometimes don’t want to leave!
My 4mo is always happy & loved!
I couldn’t be more thankful for such an amazing daycare & their staff!
I have built some personal relationships with a good amount of my kids teachers & other staff members! šŸ’œ
I couldn’t imagine putting my kids somewhere different 🄰

We were really excited to start my son here, the facility looked very promising. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the staff/admin. They don’t seem to care very much except for a 3 wonderful teachers. Admin (Front desk/Directors) always seems upset to be there and does not provide a very welcoming environment. We will give this care center a couple of more months and see how things go.

Looks are deceiving… smiles are fake. Kids = $$ to the management and that’s about it. They are constantly moving children around rather than providing consistency and an environment for the children to thrive and grow.

The outdoor area is lacking in safety measures to guard younger children from falling, busting their faces & scraping themselves on the cement. Rather than providing ample supervision for the children, ensuring safety & reduction in obvious staff stress they will put one staff per classroom 5-20+ kids under 5 yo to save money on overhead.

Our experience here ended very negatively.

I have nothing bad to say about the providers and caretakers of the children. They all showed a lot of care and compassion for the children.

All was well until it wasn't. Issues arose and management did not handle the issues or find solutions.

The Executive director and Director of the facility were cold and not understanding when the issue arose with our youngest. Instead of making my family feel cared for or any kind of priority, we were "terminated" for being involved parents and speaking our opinions on matters that arose.

We were polite, communicated effectively, paid our dues, cared for our kids and were handed a notice of termination without any kind of repercussion on how this would affect my family.

Management is not here for the client, but for the BUSINESS.

The biggest positive that came of this terrible experience with the management at this facility was, my kids are in a much better environment. 10000% more positive and healthier.

Do your research before you make the leap.

It will seem OK, until it isn't and they are not willing to listen or help.

They are so good to my 4 month old. She's always so happy in the morning when she sees her teachers. One of them brushes her hair. When I pick her up she always has her hair in a cute pony tail. They seem like they take really good care of my baby. What I love most is the app I use to pay & send them messages. They post when they last fed and changed her diaper. They also send me pics and videos of her. It always makes my day. Everyone in the infants and crawlers room are friendly. I love Judy, Jennifer and the other ladies in the front. I highly recommend this daycare.

My children have been coming here for a few years now and I have had nothing but a great experience with BFLC. All the staff is super friendly and know my children really well. If they are having a great day or off one, they talk to them and encourage for a better day tomorrow. Never had a bad experience. They are very attentive and actually care about them and their well being. Every morning Ms. Judy and Jennifer are there with a warm greeting! I recommend them to anyone.

Both my children have been going here since it first opened and never had any real problems. My youngest who’s 4, got switched 4 teachers in 3 months and she started acting out. Tried to work with the new staff and new director but didn’t help. My 4 year old got kicked out because they don’t know how to handle a child. Out of the four times wanting to see footage they were only able to show me once and it wasn’t consistent with the teachers story. With a child that young you can’t switch teachers like that because they need to create a bond. They don’t provide different options for children in need of special help because they’re not funded like school districts are. The new director fired a bunch of the old staff because there was no curriculum and a lot of the teachers didn’t want to follow the new curriculum. It’s hard on students to understand change like that and I felt like that’s where they failed with many children. There are others that are about to get kicked out as well I found out because their children have been acting out. Something is wrong with this daycare and it started when the new director showed up in 2021
