We stayed here for a few months and absolutely loved it. Mel and Scott are phenomenal. It’s gated which makes you feel extra safe. We loved walking our dog around the park. The pool was fantastic and we especially loved it on the hot, hot days.
We also loved having a mail box and being able to receive packages easily.

Services provided worked perfectly; plenty of water pressure, amperage, and space.

And, you are only a few minutes from the airport so that is incredibly handy.

Breeze Lake is great value. Stop thinking about it and book your spot right now. You won’t regret it. We plan to come back and stay many more months!

Really nice sweet people in the office and staying there. Beautiful beautiful area, lots of grass trees beautiful pool.. stayed there for months and loved it coming back for the winter this year!

This is an excellent RV park with well-maintained facilities and friendly residents and staff. There are multiple activities that are arranged and supplied by the residents for very reasonable cost. There is no pressure to participate but everyone is welcomed.

A great place to stay while we watched the Space X 6 lift off. Melanie was so nice and went above and beyond and got us the last two tickets for a little cruise boat to watch it. The RV resort is spotlessly clean with great amenities. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best RV parks we’ve stayed at, we move around a lot bc of my husband’s job, we stayed here 4 months. We never had any type of problems with management, owners or other residents. We’d still be there if it wasn’t bc my husband has to move to the next job.

This was our first time visiting the Brownsville area. We came down with two other couples to escape the winter in the Midwest. We really enjoyed the park. Everyone staying at the park was extremely nice and very helpful. It was nice to have full 50 amp hookups and a small cement pad for our patio. The park isn’t very big but they have a ton of activities to do during the week. Our camper was closer to the road so we did notice some traffics noise but if we ran our air conditioner fan at night we didn’t hear it. The pool area was nice the pool is heated. They had garbage cans around the grounds to dispose of pet waste. If you are looking for a $250,000 Rv site for your brand new class A motor home this may not be the park for you. But if you are looking for a park where everyone is super friendly, reasonably priced and located close to south padre island this would be the place to stay.

Breeze Lake, appropriately named for the constant breeze that travels across the lake and throughout the campground, is the perfect place to rest and revive one's soul. After recently losing my husband, my daughter took me on a road trip in her RV and asked me to pick the place to stay. While researching the area, I was immediately drawn to Breeze Lake. In fact, I put a star next to their info before I made any calls. We were greeted as if we were part of their family and could not have felt more welcome. When Mel and her husband Scott say, "If there's anything we can help you with, or need, just let us know," they truly mean it. What a wonderful, beautiful, amazing experience. Thank you for your hospitality.

It was mine and my wife's first time out with the RV. Mel and her husband Scotty were great help. The first thing I loved was that the place was gated. We loved that the place was quiet and people living there we polite. Our stay was short but loved it. Mel quickly checked us in and when we were ready to check out Scotty help me with a last minute adjustment on my hitch. We will definitely be back! Love you guys!
