this place is a nightmare. lunches get stolen consistently & require some kids to leave their food at front desk. bullying and fighting consistently happening to the point my child cries in the morning when its time to go. when i report incidents im met with glazed over eyes and no solutions. today i learned that the so called "director" bold face lied to my kids grandfather who tried to discuss the bullying. They told him they looked at recordings and spoke with the children twice about behaving and according to my child, no talks were had with the kids. I AM FED UP AND I HAVE DOCUMENTATION AND RECORDINGS TO BACK MY CLAIM AND I WILL BE MAKING SOME CALLS AND REPORTS. This place is cheap but guess what? SO IS THE QUALITY OF CARE. Your children are being left with high schoolers who aren't parents and have no idea how to manage children, especially those with disorders

Unskilled, Uneducated people running the show with zero certifications & or degrees related to social work or psychology. Children to staff ratio is horribly unequal, this creates numerous safety issues. Numerous kids have been injured due to staff placing them in rooms with older kids and not having enough staff to watch them. The Director shared they have no way to monitor or manage kids with disabilities however, they still take them in. Again, huge safety concerns here. Witnessed an Autistic child have a full breakdown and they were unable to handle since they have zero training in these areas. This facility is a disgrace, numerous calls went to their corp office but all they care about are the donations continuing to come in. Do not leave your kids here, they'll pick up bad habits, be placed in unsafe conditions, witness poor disciplinary practices & handling of children with disabilities, etc. I wouldn't leave a pigeon in the care of this facility.

Not happy with my child's care at this location, their employees are horrible & unprofessional! Avoid this place and the hassle, plenty of properly ran programs elsewhere in the Valley.

Christmas party was awesome ! My daughter attends this program and it has helped my wife and I so much by keeping our daughter involved with other students . I’m amazed ! Great job guys !
