The 1st Eight years that my son was with Blick Residential and Day Program were great! They're standards and work ethics have eroded over the last year and a half. Son is now with a new provider. If your child/adult with a disability is not able to just sit and watch TV, their day program is not a good fit. Also some home manager are too busy with their own lives to see about your loved ones. Would not recommend.

Never trust this provider as a payee provider.
They sign documents agreeing to certain terms and conditions without reading them then they go back on their word then they illegally end services without proper legal consent and required notices.

So it's been over a month close to 2 months my step kids were supposed to have a lady come to the house she never showed up never received another phone call has tried to return phone calls never have a call return I reached out to our ODD lady, which was an informed a lie from their behalf say dad said he had covid smh so y wasn't another appointment made just a lie and y wasn't 1 phone call returned. We then called to talk to a supervisor. We did speak to a supervisor, so we know for sure she's aware of the situation she promised to call us back. We are still waiting weeks for a phone call back why our child is still under no counseling very terrible service. I do not recommend. This is not professional at all.

They are the most helpful group of people I've worked with. My son has a severe phonological disorder and they have worked with us every step of the way to help maximize his treatment. They're open, communicative, and extremely pleasant to be around! Highly recommend them!!!!

Where should I begin. Let's start by saying the payee department is to lazy to do any kind of work. Always low on money to where you can't purchase something. Refuses to go down to the SSI office, lie about it is not their job to go to the ssi office which that is a lie. Wants to steal your hard earned working money just to pay bills so that you won't have hardly nothing to spend. Anything else? Their payee department not only sucks but no communication skills, no common sense, a bunch of dishonest people, and theives and pretty much lazy without doing any kind of work.

Made an appointment with a girl to start. Day of I couldn't find the building and called back to try and find it. I got told that I wasn't in their system nor was there a building they were partnered with under that name. Waste of time and gas walking aimlessly around construction just to learn I wasted a whole month on this when I could've been somewhere else getting help
