I needed a driver for a very crucial procedure with the hospital. I spoke with a lady in transportation twice before the appointment day by calling a number from a flyer on them advertising they only need 24 hour notice. The first call was 6 days before the appointment and the second call 24 hours before the appointment. It was promised to me that I will have a driver to and from the hospital. I ended up missing this appointment due to no one picking me up from my home. It was required by the hospital that I have a driver on this day. Very disappointed in this disservice for I'm transferring my needed medical attention to a different city where I will be able to get family help when I'm not allowed to drive due to a medical procedure
