Unfortunately, there is a staff member who believes they are more equipped to look after my child’s safety than his own parents are. I was in the pool gently tossing my son in the air and catching him as dads do while my wife was videoing it. He was absolutely loving it. I was instructed not to play with my own son that way. I’ve been there while kids are throwing each other off the diving board (which I have no issue with because I’m not interested in involving myself in others business and spoiling their fun) but the dad playing with his son in a completely safe manner was a no no. Give me a break!

Love this rec center but they are HORRIBLE about closures without notice. Always call before you go. Learned the hard way today when I drove 30 minutes one-way into town to take my infant to the pool. Checked online, said they were open. Called the front desk for hours, recording said open. Walk in the front door, closed. So so frustrating. Do better rec center!

Best public rec center I’ve ever been to. Very nice and friendly staff, including the fantastic janitorial/cleaning employees that keep this place so clean on a daily basis. So much to do in here, plus it is very inexpensive compared to private gyms with similar services. Thank you!!!

I enjoy my water classes at the rec center. Twila is great! She is so fun and explains the exercises.
I wish the water were a bit warmer and they provided tumblers for my swimwear.

We have done my son birthday party at the rec for the past 4 years! Every year we are met with a welcoming environment 😊 my son and his friends had a great time swimming and playing in the pool!

On Google it said open my friends and I went there waiting but it never opened always lies about it being open.THEN thye are rude so don't come here!

While only there for a single NASP BAI training class, I found the personnel very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere relaxing, and the facility clean. Plus, they had ample parking. I just wish I’d had the time to go looking around even further. The trainers liked that the gymnasium had a splitting screen that could be lowered, in our case to hold up an arrow catcher.
