unprofessional. Refused to do warranty work on a vehicle that was warrantied by the company. I had a TPMS sensor break after getting maintenance done at another location, and they refused to acknowledge that something broken during maintenance would be covered.

Claimed that "workmanship warranty" only counted on the tires themselves, not the labor done.

Refused service for not agreeing with their outlook on warranty work.

"If your Big O brand tire suffers a non-repairable defect in
workmanship or materials during the first 3-years of service, we’ll replace it at no charge" is from their warranty, yet, they will not cover something broken during maintenance at another shop, even though it was terrible workmanship, (which by definition is: "the degree of skill with which a product is made or a job done") Note: "A job done" which encompasses any maintenance done by that company, which includes destruction of working parts, therefore, it should be covered under the company warranty.

Be very weary of this specific big o. They believe since they are independently owned and operated that they are not actually part of Big O and have no liability for anything done by the company. Went in for a tire pressure sensor that the Big O in Santa Rosa broke while doing a tire swap. Once back in the Clearlake area is when the TPS light came on. The car was brought to Big O nearby to get the problem fixed. These shady guys then say that they won't do it because only the tires were changed and bought from Big O and not the sensor that they reinstalled terribly. These guys then decided to get very snippy and rude and say they don't have to do anything and even help at that shop. The most unprofessional maintenance experience I have ever dealt with. This shop refuses to do anything and argues and then tries to say mean things in return when called out logically. Go to any other service station other than the Big O in Clearlake.

You guys need to do better and learn that when you are still owned by an overarching company that you still fall under those company rules and warranties, not just whatever you want and is easier. It's literally just lack of knowledge, customer service and laziness.

Thank you to Matt and Mike for keeping me on the road. I called and they didn’t have my tires in stock but were able to get them in within 2 hours. In less than 4 hours I had 4 new tires installed and was back on the road. This team was very honest about the repair recommendations on my truck and didn’t pressure me to make an unnecessary repair. I would definitely recommend this location if customer service and honesty is important when repairing your vehicle.

Spent over a 1000 for new tires. 2 weeks later one was punctured. I pulled over immediately and had towed. They at first could find the hole. Once they did said it couldn't be repaired because I drove on it to long. I pulled over immediately. I had to spend over 200 for another tire. There is no way I drove it too long. It was a defective tire.
