I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND BUT THERE'S MORE HERE. I SEEN ALL THE COMPLAINTS THAT BBB WAS NOTIFY AND NOT ONLY ON BBB BUT OTHER PLATFORMS AND ITS ALARMING THE COMPLAINTS THEY HAVE. AS A CONSUMER WE REACH OUT TO AGENCYS FOR HELP CAUSE WE DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. IT'S UNACCEPTABLE THAT AFTER SO MANY COMPLAINTS THESE PEOPLE ARE STILL RUNNING BUSSINESS LIKE NOTHING. AND EVERYONE IS AWARE AND NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT. And I filed a complaint and I didn't see it when I look Ganas Auto up. Can you share with me where is it where you posted?

I contacted BBB for assistance in breach of contract, selling a faulty vehicle, false advertising, selling a salvage vehicle, by a car dealer called GANAS AUTO and TRICOLOR HOLDING and they're answer was " that they can't enforce anything" with all your respect so what are you able to do then? A2Z Water Heaters gives the BBB much praise. We worked with Grayson King on the filming of a video about our daughter having received the Goggin Scholarship in July of 2019. Grayson did an amazing job creating this video documentary coupling the scholarship award and our business. We are so thrilled to be a part of BBB. It's like being a part of a bigger family. After ordering an item on eBay from this company to pickup locally!! I received a message that if I want they can ship it to me!! I accepted but after a week of not getting my item, got an email that the order was cancelled and the refund will be submitted!! I would not trust such a business!!!

I put in a complaint and they dropped my case for not emailing them back the first day they emailed me. They also said gates don't promise safety or security after my truck was stolen but still allow places advertise that they are a gated community. I also complained about health hazards in my apartment from student housing and I brought up I haven't had a single room inspection and my roommates were health hazards, all they responded with is that the company says they do room inspections. BBB looks out for the business. Not you. Companies and government are too big. Always someone else to blame and you get thrown in circles to figure something out but no one is to blame

I now need to update this review, after leaving this review, I was contacted again by the same person who would not leave me alone that has called me a dozens of times. I was then called by another person, that I had already spoken to, and I argued with her for 15 min on how I do not think the BBB is even needed these days. She ended up being very unprofessional in her response and tone, I told her not to contact me for at least another year. She then contacted me about one month later. I do not know what is wrong with this company, but I can promise this much, I will never be a part of the BBB, I do not need you, your are a unprofessional joke of an organization.

I contacted the BBB about a year ago to get some information. I then received all the info I needed, and my answer was that I would wait to sign up, I was not ready.
I then received multiple calls from a woman named Stephanie from the BBB, my complaint is that she would call me almost every day, sometimes multiple times each day, bothering me to sign up. I even complained to upper level management and she stopped for a few months, but has recently started calling me daily again. I am no longer interested in the BBB, because of how unprofessional this organization is. And frankly I do not think I need them to be successful or validated, as a business.

I filed a complaint with the BBB over Car Registration, Inc. My review is to state that their customer service is excellent. After my complaint was filed, this company reached out to me almost immediately the next morning to talk with me about my concerns. They resolved them above what I thought and I'm totally satisfied they're business takes these things seriously. Great company but I won't be using them. If for some reason I stop using AAA, I'll defintely go with them just because of their customer service.
