No stars deserved at all. You may want to scrub that mailing list a little bit more and do some checking before sending your Foundation letters to my mother's name. My mother died in your facility 6 years ago after receiving uncaring, heartless treatment for the 6 hours we were there. Yet you now have her name on a mailing list thanking her for her gift and asking for another contribution. This is disturbing, unsettling and sickens me.
