Things move slow but will eventually get done. Staff seems qualified but doesn't seem to care a whole lot. Professional but indifferent to most who enter the building. I only saw a small window of time in what has to be a very challenging job.

Coming from Denver, these Case worker are the most
✨polite,
✨understanding about time sensitive issues, ✨respectable,
✨ swift at case reporting (will work on your case that day ,-till one week )
It took only a week to transfer my case from DENVER. If it was the other way around
😱😱 IT WOULD TAKEN DENVER TWO MONTHS💯😠

I would give no stars if I could. This is a corrupt, prejudice and biased agency the child caseworker will lie and conspire with the foster parents to keep their daughter! And the supervisor, guardian ad litem, the county attorney, and the courts are all in cahoots with each other even though the parents have been clean and sober for over 23 months and being compliant with the program they still don't have their daughter back don't trust them

Rude, Rude, Rude!! Amy Maldonado seems to be the only case worker with a heart in this staff...thank you Amy! Beware of a bruja named Laurie, she treated my friend like pure garbage and seemed to go out of her way to be as nasty as possible! The O'Connor gal wasn't much better.

I don't think they deserve 1 single star! Lazy worthless and won't help me out. They're collecting a check but I have to do the work. Over a month without my heart meds and they don't care

This Place Is Hard To Deal With Nobody Knows What To Do.. They Are Not Cross Trained In Anything. When You Ask Something and They Don't Know They Just Say I Dunno and Walk Away. Nobody Is There To Help... Always Making Rude Mouth Noises When Asked To Help With Something and They Don't Want To.. I Wish We Could Go To a Defferent County...
