There isn't much left in the Mayberry Mall so it was nice to see that Belk is still chugging along with a store full of merchandise. It's not cheap but I don't know that you'll save a tremendous amount buying it from those "river" people online.

Mrs. had a nice walk through the shoe department checking out some things and trying on one or two. Nothing caught her eye.

Over to the men's department for curiosity sake because I don't really need any new clothes at the moment. Good styles, reasonable prices. No huge bargains but not out of whack. If I needed a new wardrobe, this would be a good stop.

I'm waiting in line to pay for my purchase. I'm next in line. So instead of me the employee is jumping to customers behind me. I said I was there before other customers. I asked for manager. Employee says you want a manager for this. I said I do. So instead of a manager i get another associate that says she can ring me up. I said no I want the manager. Associate tells me to call back in an hour because manager is out. I left items behind n left.

Very thrown about. Looks like there was a party of destruction. Certainly did not look like a quality store to shop.
Person at register had no personality. With joking she responded as if I was not helping pay her salary.
Not happy with condition of store.

I will not ever go back and shop here. Yesterday I was in there shopping had a buggy full of things when all of a sudden I started getting followed by a black man that works there, he also had another worker walking with him following me everywhere I went and they thought they were whispering but I heard everything they were saying about me. It was very rude and so very unprofessional. Will never ever go back there again and would not recommend to anyone.

This is an excellent store for nice clothing and accessories. Very nice, clean organized store. Well stocked of clothing, etc. for the whole family. Good sale during my visit, so good prices. I try to stop here whenever we are in the area! Lots to look at, never have had time to go over the whole store. Nice variety.

Your customer service line is a joke
Stood in like for 25 min for 2 people to be rung out!!!
I have a gift card and would rather throw in trash than stand in that line again!
Only 2 check out lanes, I understand why people order online now!!!!!

I can always find good quality clothes, toys, and appliances from this location. The only thing I would like to see change is the lack of cashiers
