Our experience with Believed Volleyball Club was disappointing. While my daughter learned how to jump and serve and made great friends, with a great assistant coach, although the overall environment was stressful.

Parents were not welcomed at practices, making it hard to be involved. The coaching style was harsh—kids were frequently yelled at, and one mistake could cost them their position. Instead of getting a chance to improve, they were often sidelined and left to write down stats all day during tournaments.

I understand that coaches have their strategies and that playtime varies, but most of the time, it felt unfair. Rather than encouraging growth, this approach discouraged my daughter, affecting both her love for the game and her self-esteem.

She finally decided to leave because the pressure was too much. I hope the club improves its approach to create a more supportive and positive environment for young athletes in the future.

Believe Volleyball Club is an amazing place for players to develop their volleyball skills as well as their character as student athletes. Our daughter played her last two years of high school at Believe and then went on to play four years in college. This club also supported our daughter being a three sport athlete in high school. We did not find this kind of support at any other club. A majority of Believe Volleyball coaches are collegiate volleyball athletes. This experience is so valuable, especially for club players who aspire to play in college as well. I would highly recommend this club.

I played volleyball at Believe for 6 years both beach and indoor and LOVED IT. Believe is hands down the best volleyball club not only for the exceptional development of physical and mental skill, but also in becoming a true student of the game. Believe especially stands out above other clubs as it is an integration of the best sport on the planet and a focus on our faith in Jesus Christ. I grew not only in my volleyball game but also in my walk with the Lord as my eyes were always directed to Him while at Believe. The coaches are very knowledgeable and truly have the best interest for the players. Each coach I had was a mentor and many close friendships remain with former teammates and coaches.

My daughter played with Believe for 6 years. Not only did she grow in skill, playing varsity for her 4A high school team, but spiritually as well - learning how to win and lose graciously and respond with a positive attitude. I also volunteered as a team mom for four of those 6 years. I saw first hand the dedication the club and coaches had for all of the girls. The club helped make my daughter athletically competitive as well as the outstanding woman that she is today.

I was extremely disappointed with the club. It was my daughter's second year with this club. The first year she absolutely loved going to the practices, tournaments and she loved her coaches. The second year, it seemed she declined in her skills as the year progressed. Each time she asked the coach for feedback and what she needed to do to improve and be able to play during the tournaments, the only feedback she was getting is to "work hard". In addition, when she was asked why she was not being played, she was told by the coach that she wanted to win. This happened during the second to the last tournament of the season, and prior to that, the team had lost every single game. So, to blame the losses on one player who was played very seldom is pretty low. The losses reflect on coaching abilities. When I met with the coaches to discuss this uncalled for comment to my daughter, I wanted to bring up the fact that a set number of players are given the grace and forgiveness for mistakes on the court, but for a couple of girls, once a mistake is made, the girls were taken out of the court without a second chance. I was told by the coaches that we are not here to discuss other players, but we are here to talk about my daughter. I was really heartbroken for my daughter as they have completely discouraged her from the sport by the way they have coached her and the team.
The only good thing came out of this season is that my daughter had gained a group of wonderful friends.

I had the privilege of playing for Believe Volleyball Club for three years before heading to college. Prior to Believe, I played at two other clubs, but none compare to the exceptional experience I had here. The coaches at Believe are not only outstanding mentors but also genuinely invested in developing you both as a player and as a person.

At Believe, I made amazing friendships with teammates who were not only skilled athletes but also wonderful individuals. Some of my best memories are from those three years, playing volleyball and growing alongside such a fantastic team.

The growth I experienced at Believe was instrumental in my ability to transition seamlessly into a fast-paced and demanding college volleyball program. The skills and work ethic instilled in me at Believe were invaluable.

Believe Volleyball Club is truly a remarkable place, thanks to its dedicated coaches and their unwavering commitment to their players' development.

I have played for believe volleyball the past 3 years, I almost quit volleyball the year before due to a terrible club experience with a well known volleyball club in north Denver. I gave volleyball another try and went to an open gym at Believe. I immediately felt welcomed, seen, and encouraged by all the coaches at believe. I have never felt degraded or put down in any way as I had been with prior club coach experiences. Believe helped me to become the Captain at my varsity highschool team my junior and senior year as well as MVP and 1st team all conference. The believe staff does a wonderful job at not only preparing young women to be excellent volleyball players but also in building Godly character and Godly leadership. I wouldn’t be the person I am today without their encouragement and influence in my life. My team and coaches at believe became my family and best friends and I drove an hour to practice 3 times a week both ways because it was worth it to me and gave great value to my life. My team rarely lost games and we went to get 2nd overall in the Colorado Crossroads tournament my 17s year. Please do your research before making an assumptions about this program. It is a truly special organization.I would recommend this program over and over again.

We were with Believe for 2 years. The first year, I was new to club scene, so I didn't know what to expect. We lost most of our games, but the girls and the coach were nice, so it was a decent experience. They had their bible study, and it felt like a good Christian club. I wish we had left after that year. We went back for 15s and we greatly regretted it. My daughter was a setter. They practiced 4 nights a week. They lost the majority of their games. They rarely scrimmaged, they would just do drills OVER and OVER and OVER again during practice. When they got to tournaments, they would do awful because they had rarely scrimmaged together and didn't have a good flow. The daughters of the owners of the company would come and scream at the girls after every lost match. It was so awful at one point that another parent from another club went over to my daughter and consoled her and commented on how poorly the coaches were treating them. Losing is one thing, but berating the girls in front of everyone is not okay - especially when you set yourself apart as a Christian club. My daughter lives for volleyball, but by the end of the season, she was so defeated and burnt out.

Over the summer we put her in private lessons and quickly realized that she had been taught to set completely wrong. She was taught incorrectly by the coaches for the entire season (they just had the girls complete drills, with very little correction as to what they were doing wrong), so she spent months incorporating incorrect techniques into her muscle memory. Several of her close friends from the club were told the same thing - they had been trained incorrectly and had to be retrained over the summer in hopes to get on a different club team. Thankfully we found another great club, but we spent a lot of money and wasted most of the summer having to correct the bad habits taught by this club.
