Being a native to the area I have turned to the BBB several times over the years. Most recently I called them to see if they could help with the closure without notice of a long term internet provider to the area. And I want to say that I was so impressed with the rapid response I received. They were on my concern from Prescott to state wide. I was thankful for the awesome customer service that was provided by Cherri, who is local; TBH the other reps that contacted me. The service provided by the BBB is something we should all be greatful for! Thank you for all you do!

Really appreciative they put on educational events- I attended the Success in 60 Class where they featured Ruby Marketing Agency. It was so nice they had plenty of healthy snacks and drinks for attendees. Also a nice opportunity to network and meet others.

Unless you pay The BBB $50 a month they will not review you. I belonged and look left because I have to buy my good review from them. I left after a year nd now right under my web page on google the put up a web page saying I am not an accredited business. Do not join them they will do this to your business. My company is Angel 1 Transportation .
