Great program! Loved the group therapy and getting to hear from others experiences and how we were all able to connect. Loved my therapist Devan and how she helped me through so many different parts of my life. I will definitely remember this place forever and how it has helped me with my anxiety and depression, and the coping skills they have given me. Not only are the therapists amazing but the rest of the staff is amazing and welcoming as well, including the nurses, Isaac at the front desk, and the other staff members that help on your personal mental health journey. Thank you so much Basepoint in Forney!

It's hard to put into words how much I loved and appreciated every second I spent here at BasePoint. When I started, I was at one of my lowest and felt like there was nothing left to look forward to. My therapist Bryan was probably the most wonderful, carring, hilarious, and genuine person I've ever met. He helped me through things I never thought I would overcome or forgive myself for. I didn't meet one staff member I didn't like, everyone was so kind and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. I was taught so many useful tools on just how to navigate life and they will stick with me forever. Overall, if you're at all even considering it, I would recommend BasePoint to any and everyone.

I was in IOP for about 5 weeks. I can say with confidence that my mindset on life has shifted dramatically. I have been to so many facilities, but none have been able to teach me what home is like BasePoint. Devan was my main therapist and she is the type of person to keep it 100 with you. That is necessary for growth. She is a light to many. One of the first people you might see at BasePoint is Edith. She is phenomenal at her job and is able to accommodate an amalgamation of different kinds of people. If you are looking for a place to see genuine growth before the frontal lobe develops, BasePoint is the necessary pit stop on your journey you call life.

Some of the kindest people I have ever met. They cover all bases when it comes to treatment. I think the best part is that they will set you up with a therapist and psychiatrist near you AND that take your insurance once you discharge. That factor alone takes off so much anxiety and stress when it comes to looking for treatment. I have seen so much change in myself since starting treatment here and I look forward to seeing myself grow even more in the future.

I loved my experience so much! I learned so many coping skills and learned how to manage everything I’m dealing with. I loved hearing other people stories and getting to know them. I meet some really good people at basepoint. I loved my therapist and basepoint team! I can’t think y'all enough for all the love and support you guys have given me.

My daughter was just discharged from their program and I can honestly say this place did amazing work for her. She didn’t want to leave as she has grown to love the staff and trust them. When she was admitted she wasn’t doing to well mentally. After one month we saw a 180 in her behavior. After two months she is better able to cope and analyze events that set her off. She has had setbacks here and there but it’s to be expected. But she is in a far better place with better coping skills than she went in with. She was able to do schooling there which was a worry to me. After she had been discharged we know she isn’t mentally ready to go back to normal everyday school but they were able to extend the charter school program for her so that she can do homeschooling. I now know where to go if we have any additional issues in the future along with where to point parents who were in my position. I can’t give this place enough praise for helping my daughter and my family.

Overall we see improvement in our son, however the staff at Base Point fails to deliver on promises made. Multiple scheduled calls are missed, there has been little communication with our son's school to coordinate attendance and assignments. Plus our financial billing was discussed in an open lobby with other patients and then overcharged. They are unwilling to address needed refunds when there were promises made at admissions that were not reality.

This is an amazing program. I highly recommend it to anyone in need. The facility is nice and clean, and the staff there are extremely welcoming. Once you reach the end of the program the after care team is off the charts. They were able to get me scheduled with post treatment weeks before I even discharged.
