A managers job is to manage others and the banking branch. In addition making sure their customers needs are met and the customer is satisfied or even better, happy.
This Hacienda Heights branch has a manager with the name of Mr. George Washington, no joke that's his name. Excellent manager and knows the importance in doing anything and everything possible to keep a customer happy. Taking care of the customers needs and if any problems, he will go the extra mile to resolve your issues. Our family has chosen to stay with Banc of California because of Mr. George Washington, otherwise their are other banks that would welcome us with open arms. They gave me a run around about paying my overdraft fee until it actually went to collections in just under a week thanks ! Mind you I'm on the east coast now and the letter had just reached me and it was already done by the time I called to check on it I never had a problem with Popular Bank but from 0-10. I give this bank and their customer service a -10 affecting my credit over a one time occurrence it's just diculous.
