This place does not help victims at all. Received a call from them only for them to tell me my application probably won’t be approved due to this being the first domestic violence situation I have been in. Lady named Veronica was very rude cut me off didn’t have any info and acted as the attorney general and hung up on me. Going to the courts directly cause this third party non profit organization is a waste of tax payer money.

This place doesn't help victims of domestic violence. They just waste people's time. You're better off going directly to the courts and letting them know you need protection.

They have some classes that may help people. As far as getting the proper protection you need if you're in an abusive situation it's best to go straight through the courts. They take up a lot of unnecessary time giving the run around. If you're in need of safety you don't have time for this. Just seek a protective order and, or a restraining order from the courts.

Or maybe they just don't want to help black women or honest women. Either way it's a waste of time.
